Our catfish is served with rice paper and a platter of tropical vegetables that includes lettuce, cucumber, bean sprouts, apples, and other seasonal tropical vegetables.

All Pho are served with a side of bean sprouts, jalapenos, a wedge of lime and purple stem basil. Pho with round steak comes medium rare. Please let us know if you prefer well done.
