Lindey's sons personally supervise the buying, aging and cutting of each steak served, in order to maintain top quality at all times. Each 16 oz. sirloin is served family-style with the following accompaniments: Specially Blended Dressing Over Salad, Greaseless Hash Browned Potato Platter and Toasted Garlic Bread (sorry, we are out of Sweet Watermelon Rind).
