The bean thread noodle soup comes with choice of minced chicken or steamed tofu only

Curries in Thailand mainly differ from the curries in indian cuisine in their use of fresh ingredients such as herbs and aromatic leaves over a mix of spices. Thai fried rice differs from Chinese fried rice in that it starts with aromatic Thai Jasmine rice instead of a regular long-grain rice. It contains meat, egg, onions, garlic and sometimes tomatoes. The seasonings, which may include soy sauce, sugar, salt, chili sauce, and fish sauce, are stir-fried together with the other ingredients. The dish is then served with cucumber slices and lime.
