Lindey's Dinner
Lindey's sons personally supervise the buying, aging and cutting of each steak served, in order to maintain top quality at all times. Each 16 oz. sirloin is served family-style with the following accompaniments: Specially Blended Dressing Over Salad, Greaseless Hash Browned Potato Platter and Toasted Garlic Bread (sorry, we are out of Sweet Watermelon Rind). Every dinner is prepared with the exact recipes created by "Lindey", himself, over 60 years ago.
